Our quality control standards aim to produce product that is ready to serve beyond the average 10 year service term.

• Plantation-grown tropical hardware and responsibly sourced natural materials
• Top grade, CARB certified composite material such as MDF and plywood
• Powder coated, plated, and stainless steel for all metal and hardware components
• Horizontal grade high pressure laminate including Wilsonart® and Formica®
• Safety certified finishes including Sherwin Williams®
• Heavy duty, ball bearing drawer glides and upgraded floor protectors are standard
• UV finished, English dove tailed drawer boxes
• CAL TB117 foam and highest quality upholstery is standard on all soft goods
• COM fabric and electronics from US suppliers are commonly used

• 3D CAD and parts schematics are generated for each furniture component
• Strongest construction techniques like double-dowel and tenon joints are standard
• Whitewood sample review includes stress and stability testing
• Finishing sample review finalizes color and upholstery
• Quality checks during production ensure workmanship and color accuracy
• Product is cleaned, counted and cartoned for out-of-the-box ready install
• Cartons are loaded into shipping containers for maximum efficiency and safety
• Containers are inspected and fumigated for each shipment

• 5 Year Limited Warranty protects against any manufacturing defects
• Touch-up pens and fill sticks are provided for every finish color

• Site visits are typically scheduled to address any needs
• Reorder pricing is honored for existing designs
